EEDSA (English Education Department Student Association)

The English Education Department Student Association (EEDSA) is a student-led organization under the English Education Department, consisting of 51 active and passionate members. EEDSA serves as a platform for English Education students to develop their academic, organizational, and interpersonal skills through various programs and activities. Currently, the organization is led by Hana Mufida as the Chief Executive and Muhammad Rizal as the Vice Chief Executive, who work collaboratively with all members to ensure the smooth running of the organization.

EEDSA is structured into seven specialized divisions that support its diverse range of initiatives: Comminfo (Communication and Information), Language and Literature, Social and Community, Business, Religion, and Interest and Talent. Each division plays a vital role in promoting creativity, leadership, and social responsibility among members. From organizing literary competitions and language workshops to managing social media outreach and community service projects, EEDSA provides its members with opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

Re-established in 2023, EEDSA operates in close collaboration with the English Education Department, with a renewed commitment to fostering student development and contributing positively to society.  EEDSA aims to empower students to become future educators and leaders who are competent, compassionate, and globally minded.

EEDSA’s activities focus on education and student development, such as English teaching programs and English public speaking workshops. EEDSA is also active in sharing English learning content and literary work recommendations through its official Instagram account. For more information, follow us on Instagram at @eedsa.official.
